Réttur served as legal advisor to shareholders of SIGNO ehf., the parent company of LED Birtingar ehf. and LED Skilti ehf., in a recent transaction involving the purchase and sale of shares within the group. This deal included the exit of the parent’s largest individual shareholder, the entry of new investors, and related restructuring of the group’s ownership.
